Born and raised in Blaine, MN. I went on to continue my education at UW – Eau Claire where I received my Bachelor’s in Marketing with emphasis in Professional Selling. I met my wife Betsy in college and we moved back to the Twin Cities to pursue our careers. We have been in Woodbury since 2005 and now have two very active daughters!
I have been a Realtor since 2000 and a Broker out of Woodbury since 2006 where I ran a small Real Estate company. I have been relocation certified since 2009. I have helped numerous individuals and families relocate. I do everything possible to roll out the “Red Carpet” for them as they transition to and from our area.
I feel my greatest attribute in selling a home is my aggressive marketing plan. I continually strive to master every avenue to best expose my listings to get my client the best price possible. I have 10 years experience buying and selling real estate. My area of expertise is investment property purchasing. I also work with many first time home buyers to acquire their first property. I am very active in the investment community in the Twin Cities area. I have also been working with short sales and negotiating with banks on behalf of my clients. I love developing relationships with our clients and after our conversations, we usually feel like we have known each other for years! I have had several listings and work with groups of investors to purchase investment properties.
